Last week I have had an opportunity to drive a car of my friend. I never drive. I own a driving licence. Nevertheless, I have never purchased a car. I simply didn’t find it enjoyable or interesting. I usually rather considered this as some kind of duty, not as a thing which can give also a joy. Lately, just after that ride, I completely changed my mind! These days, I think that it could become an unforgetable time. I probably changed my mind thanks to the two gadgets I was using during driving.

Firstly, the vehivle was equipped with bmw combox. You have no idea what it is? Don’t worry. Before that day I hadn’t heard about it too. In that type of planes, each passenger has its own screen on which he or she can choose the music, play a game or watch favourite series. So a combox is something very similar. On its screen I could choose between different multimedia as well as radio. I was able also choose a navigation option. I can even browse on the internet. Couuld you imagine this? It was like a laptop installed just on the front of a vehicle! You may presumably think that I exaggerate. I want make it certain that I don’t. I could even connect that combox with an external devices. It can be done directly or via the Bluetooth! That is very impressive, isn’t it?

What’s more, I was showed how to make a use of a parking assistance with bmw surround view option. As a result of having, surround view camera I was able to see my like from bird's-eye view. I could see the space as well as possible barriers not only in front of my vehicle, but also in the back and on both sides. Right after I have activated this function, the system showed all items right next to the car. I could surely see all of this on a screen. This function even inform me when I was supposed to turn on a turn-signal! Thereafter, the information appeared on a screen. It said that I should use now reverse gear and remove hands from the steering wheel When I did as it had said, the steering wheel began to go around itself! It was amazing. However, we still need to remember that it is not more than a machine. We still have to double-check that there are no pedestrians around the car.
